Tasha is a Registered Professional Counsellor with the Canadian Professional Counselors Association and bound by their Ethical Practice Standards. She holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and has a private practice in downtown Vancouver. She uses her skills as a working actor, writer, and workshop facilitator to teach passionate expression and acceptance of the authentic self in all our human aspects, both shadow and light.
Open, creative and non-judgmental she is committed to offering a safe and nurturing environment in which to explore and expand one’s knowledge of self. She works with a variety of disciplines including Family Systems Theory, Gestalt, as well as cognitive and Psycho/spiritual orientations.
Tasha has been a teacher of A Course in Miracles for over a decade and holds a transpersonal perspective in her approach. She taught a three year certified Counsellor Training Program for over 16 years as well as co-creating various personal growth workshops. Training students how to assist others is a particular passion as well as teaching a week long leadership training program called The Summit..
She is a co-creator of an empowering women's workshop called Drawing Down the Moon, which is taught both locally and internationally and a certified Master NLP facilitator also trained in bodywork, energy healing and hypnotherapy.
Tasha’s integrity, skills, compassion and celebration of life are just some of the gifts she brings to her commitment to be of service. She has produced an audio Body Awareness Training Series which wakes up feelings in the body, inviting authenticity and a sensory experience of the Divine essence in all of us.
She created a transformational 8 day journey for teens 13-18 which took place in Mission at Zajac Ranch Retreat. www.teenjourney.org
