I offer private one on one counseling as well as couples counseling. 

My counseling fee is $100.00 plus GST for each 1 hour session or $140 plus GST for a 90 minute session, payable at each visit.

I also maintain at least two sliding scale spaces in my practice if you are experiencing financial difficulty.

While an hour may feel sufficient if we are talking for the session, most clients need 90 minutes once we begin deeper, more experiential work. Couples in particular will  benefit from the 90 minute sessions or longer.

I accept cash or cheque payable at the end of each session.
You can request a receipt which some health care insurance will partially reimburse for, depending on your particular extended insurance  provider.

Our next appointment is usually booked at the end of a session. You could request a specific time spot weekly or bi-weekly or vary your times at  your convenience...

I also work with groups, both on-going process oriented  therapy and  personalized workshops, lectures or  inspirational events.

 Customized rituals for weddings, births, divorces, death, letting go or any important life event worth acknowledging with authentic reverence is also available and designed to be bring meaning and inspiration.
