The Body Awareness Training is a series available on CD or MP3 so you can download to your phone, designed to introduce you to an active meditation practice that leads you deeper and deeper into yourself.

You will wake up your body to sensations and feelings perhaps long buried and with regular practice generate an ability to live passionately in the present moment.

With practice you will become more comfortable moving toward feelings in your body, letting go of control and trusting that flowing with your feelings will generate a healthier immune system as well as translate into a happier more fulfilled you.

As you free up all the energy you may currently be expending keeping yourself away from uncomfortable feelings you can choose to use this freed up energy to fulfill your goals and passions.

The Series Is Presented In 4 Parts.

Part One – The Why

This part contains an hour long teaching on the value of living in your body and how this practice is important to your overall health, physically and psychologically.

Your thinking mind needs to be on board in order to stick with any practice and the theory and concepts behind the Body Awareness Training are offered here with clear, direct explanations.

Part Two – The How

The second part in this series will go over the actual logistics of this practice with a review of the Chakra systems and how to clear them using your breath..

You will learn the difference between visualization and the sensory practice of this body meditation. This part teaches you where to put your attention and focus when you breath into the body.

Simply put, you will learn how to do this practice.

Part Three – The Guided Meditation

This third part contains a simple guided version of the Body Awareness Training meditation. You are led deep into your body using your breath in order to expand your understanding of yourself and invite your feelings to flow more freely. This half hour meditation if perfect to do anytime and leaves you connected to a peaceful resourceful part of yourself.

Part Four – Excavation

The final part is one hour long and designed for deeper experiential work. It is to be used whenever you have enough time to create a safe and private space where you will feel free to move into uncovering buried feelings and beliefs within yourself.

You will be generating a more cathartic state, which simply means inviting your body to be more expressive both vocally and physically. Old buried emotions may surface as well as outdated beliefs which no longer serve you, beliefs possibly inherited from your family or society or past experiences.

In particular you will be excavating feelings and beliefs around men and women by introducing the sound of the masculine and the sound of the feminine into your body. Some of these beliefs may be keeping you stuck in acting our unhealthy patterns with yourself and in relationships.

There are many feelings stored at the cellular level that were wired in your past.
They have become so habitual that you may have lost any conscious awareness of them.

Using this active meditation series, you will follow your feelings and clear your body of the impact of trauma or events that may still be impacting your perception.

We are often behaving as if today were yesterday and this hour long activation of sound in the body will vibrate at a frequency designed to lead you to full expression. Then with your cells emptied of blocked or repressed feelings you can fill the space created with whatever state you desire… a state like freedom or peace or love. You can literally re-wire your self..

Once you have opened up the space through expression you have room inside your body for a different kind of experience, You are then invited to connect to something larger than even your personality, a divine energy field available to all of us, entirely resourceful and accessible.

You are invited to have an experience of who you really are, a vast and loving field of energy.
